Vendor booths are available to those selling orchid-related products. All plant vendors are required to have an exhibit; supplier vendors are encouraged to provide demonstrations.
Vendor Set-up and Take-Down
- Wednesday, March 6, 2013 – 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Thursday, March 7, 2013 – 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM
- Friday, March 8, 2013 – 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM
All vendor booths must be open for business from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM daily.
No vendor booth may be closed before Sunday, March 10 at 5:00 PM.

We accept check or payment through PayPal. Mail your check or you can pay with a credit card, or with your paypal account online, or contact the Show Manager.
1. All sales are final between seller and buyer- the SB International Orchid Show accepts NO responsibility.
2. All plants sold must be marked per show management instructions. No plant will be allowed to leave the vendor area without the appropriate marking. Seller’s name and contact information shall be available to customers, either on the plant tag, receipt, or business card. Failure to provide contact information or appropriate marking on plants may result in the vendor being asked to leave the show.
AGREEMENT to the above Rules and Regulations is required of all exhibitors and vendors.
