6:15pm-7:00pm: All Levels Vinyasa Flow with Emma
7:00pm-7:45pm: Sound Bath with Danielle
Optional: 7:45pm-8:15pm: Tea and Self-Guided Tour of the Orchids Displays
Join Emma, the founder of SB Beach Yoga and Danielle Elese, of Foxy Sage, for this very special community event at the 2025 Santa Barbara International Orchid Show after hours. Immerse yourself in the floral atmosphere surrounded by rare orchids from around the world. We’ll start with a 45-minute all levels, peaceful yet invigorating yoga flow, to harmonize body, breath, & soul. Just imagine a moving, breathing meditation, relaxing restorative poses, and then a blissful, meditative Savasana.
After the yoga, we will shift into a blissful Sound Bath led by Danielle. This experience will take you on a journey inward through a sonic meditation while connecting to the spirit and vibrancy of the orchids.
During the Sound Bath, you will be enveloped in the soothing sounds of harmonic singing bowls, enchanting vocals & meditative instruments. As you relax and let go of tension, you will feel a sense of deep peace and connection to the natural world around you. The orchids in the room will enhance this experience, their vibrant colors and delicate petals adding to the overall ambiance. This is a truly transformative experience that will leave you feeling renewed and rejuvenated in both body and mind.
For the yoga portion, you’ll experience music and voice instruction simultaneously through our signature yoga headsets, at the volume level of your choice so you never miss a beat—or a pose! Then we will remove the headsets for the sound bath.
After the event, we invite you to join us for a warm cup of tea as you explore the serene orchid displays!
Please bring your own yoga mat and blanket and any other props that you like to practice with such as a yoga block.
Need a yoga mat? We have them for rent, simply choose the ticket tier that includes a yoga mat rental for an additional $5 rental fee.
Doors open at 6:00pm — please arrive at least 5 minutes before the event start time to allow yourself to check-in and set up your space.

BIOS:
Danielle Elese RMT, CSHT is an alternative healing practitioner specializing in Sound Healing Therapy. Through her musical work, she utilizes various instruments and vocal toning to create healing soundscapes while facilitating energetic healing, guiding listeners on a transformational journey through meditation.
Emma Davis (E-RYT-500/RPYT Yoga Alliance Certified) founded Santa Barbara Beach Yoga in 2018, pairing outdoor yoga offerings with personal headsets, so students could experience instruction & music simultaneously. No matter your relationship with yoga, Emma’s mission is to offer accessible yoga opportunities for everyone!
The Santa Barbara International Orchid Show is celebrating its 76th year. It is one of the oldest, largest, and most prestigious orchid shows in the United States, reflecting the rich agricultural and orchid-growing history of Santa Barbara County, which took root at the turn of the century. Exhibits of orchid art, photography, and floral arrangements and a comprehensive workshop and demonstration schedule provide visitors with a rich and unique orchid experience. The forerunner of the Orchid Show was a flower show organized by the Santa Barbara Horticultural Society, which took place in 1945 at the Montecito Grange Hall.
