Vendor ONLINE Application Form for the 2018 Santa Barbara International Orchid Show
We invite you to participate as a vendor in the Santa Barbara International Orchid Show. This year, we are excited to welcome the American Orchid Society, which will host its spring 2018 Members Meeting in conjunction with our Show. Details will appear on our website as they become available.
Place your advertisement in the full-color 2018 Show Program, distributed to all show attendees. Download our advertising rates or contact the show at email@example.com. Final deadline for ad space is Friday, January 12, 2018.
Acceptance of applications and assignment of vendor booth locations is at the discretion of the SBIOS Board of Directors. SBIOS is renowned for its fine displays; the quality of your display exhibit is important.
- Booth fees are $1000 per 9′ x 10′ booth.
- Vendors who sell live plants must install a display exhibit.
- Vendors purchasing 2 or more booths must install a display of 100 sq ft or more.
- A non-refundable deposit of $300 per booth is due November 17, 2017.
- Payment in full is required by January 16, 2018.
